Join us for an immersive two-hour beer tasting experience on the second Thursday of each month at 6:30 PM. Begin with a guided tour of our Heritage Centre, where you’ll explore the history of brewing in London. Then, head to our taproom for a curated tasting of Sambrook’s craft beers, paired with a selection of delicious food.

Brewer for the Day Experience at Sambrook’s Brewery
Fulfill your brewing dreams with our exclusive “Brewer for the Day” experience, guided by legendary brewer John Hatch. Spend the day brewing your own beer and learning from John, who single-handedly preserved the brewing heritage at our venue for 14 years after Young’s Brewery closed, ensuring nearly 500 years of brewing history was never lost.
